Laurie and Don on their wedding day, March 17
Laurie’s show stopping performance as “Donna Sheridan” in the world wide phenomenon Mamma Mia! had critics and audiences standing on their feet with enthusiasm and praise!

Ever since childhood, pursuing a career in show business was the only thing that she ever wanted to do.  In order to pursue her dream, Laurie left home when she was 16 years old.

She landed her first job as a singer in a show at Opryland in Nashville, TN.  After Nashville, she moved on to singing on cruise ships.  She then found her way to the Big Apple, New York City, to pound the pavement!  She has lived in New York since 1998.  Pounding the pavement has paid off as she has performed in the National Tour of Mamma Mia! as well as on Broadway.  Laurie has performed in the first national tour of the Broadway hit Swing! and has also performed in the Off Broadway hit Our Sinatra.

Other credits include the most recent Pre-Broadway Trip of Love (Osaka, Japan), Principal Singer; My Fair Lady, Eliza; Grease, Rizzo and many more.  She is very happily married to actor and director Don Noble, whom she met while performing in one of the National Tours of Mamma Mia!  Don played the role of Sam Carmichael. Originally from Orange County, California, Laurie has three younger brothers and recently a new niece!
